FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES

A Family Planning Centre is functional in King Abdullah Teaching Hospital Mansehra with the support of District Population Welfare Department Mansehra from 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM in Gynae/Obs OPD Department. The Centre is providing counseling on population planning to clients referred from Lady Doctors of the Hospital. Free contraceptive medicines (Oral and Injectable) and IUCD (Multi load) are also provided to deserving clients.

In RHSA under Population Welfare Department is also functional, in which a team of Population Welfare Department is visiting the Hospital twice a month for providing tubal ligation services.
